1.   What is the age requirement to stay in Mi Home?

Mi Home is suitable for students who are 18 years old and above and are studying in tertiary educational institutes.

 

2.   Do I have to pay my utility bill in addition to my current boarding fee?

Mi Home’s boarding fees are inclusive of utilities. However, if there is an excess in the utility cap – students will equally share and bear the cost.

 

3.    Will there be a washing machine and dryer provided? How often may I make use of them?

Yes, Mi Home provides shared laundry facility. There is one washing machine and one dryer available for boarders to use. There is no restriction on the frequency of use.

 

4.   Can I lock my room?

Yes, you may and we encourage you to lock your room especially when you are not in the room.

 

5.   Where can I keep my valuables?

You can keep your valuables in the room but do remember to lock your door every time before you leave your room.

 

6.    Is there any charge for using the condo amenities & facilities?

Application is required and the fees is determined by the condominium management. Do check with them.

 

7.   Can I use the kitchen to prepare meals?

Yes, you may. Be reminded to keep the kitchen clean and wash up after use.

 

8.   Will there be drinking water provided?

There will be NO drinking water provided; however, Singapore tap water is safe to drink.

 

9.   Will there be a fridge provided?

There is a fridge to be shared among boarders. Do indicate your name on the food placed in fridge to identify your own items. Please refrain from taking food that belongs to another boarder.

 

10. Do I have curfew hours?

      No, there is no curfew.
